I just cut off the battery pack and wired them in to my layout DC source. The batteries included with the string lights were 2 x CR2032 3V but my DC source on the layout is 4.5V. The wires were originally silver, so I painted them black with some acrylic paint<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Used some bamboo grill sticks for the light supports, just cut them to length and painted them black<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Picked up a few Arttista dog figures to populate the park<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/trains.matt5lot10.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/photo-gallery\/fetch1.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/trains.matt5lot10.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/photo-gallery\/fetch2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"581\" height=\"435\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>We still need to add a few additional details, but we may wait until we purchase a 3D printer:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Trash Cans<\/li><li>Dog poop<\/li><li>Water Bowl<\/li><li>Benches<\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We added a few additional touches to the dog park: &#8211; Used some inexpensive LED string lights.
